Tarsus provides AI-powered sermon analysis, including transcription, metric scoring, and coaching feedback. The service is designed to help preachers improve their craft through objective feedback and progress tracking.
To use Tarsus, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use Tarsus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain all ownership rights to the sermon content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store the content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
The free plan includes limited uploads per month. No payment is required.
The Pro plan is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Tarsus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
The analysis, scores, and feedback provided by Tarsus are generated by AI and should be considered suggestions, not professional advice. Results may not be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for evaluating and applying any feedback appropriately.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
